Refund Policy
All products and services offered through Kheshi.com are delivered exclusively in digital format and accessed online. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once access is granted, and the content is deemed consumed upon access, download, or availability.
Refunds are not permitted for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, lack of expected results, partial usage, personal inability to continue, or misunderstanding of the course structure.
Refunds will be considered only in limited technical circumstances, specifically where digital files do not open, course delivery is incomplete, files are corrupted or damaged, or the Platform is technically unable to provide access to the purchased content. Users must notify the Platform within three (3) to five (5) days of purchase and provide sufficient information to allow verification. Where possible, the Platform will first attempt resolution through technical support or replacement access. If unresolved, a refund may be processed at the Platform’s discretion through the original payment method, subject to payment provider timelines.
